About Me

Image description: a brown-skinned Black woman with glasses and chin-length locs wearing a lilac floral blouse.

I'm Kristy, a Christian, black,  autistic, lesbian (she/her pronouns) who's been through a lot in her life.  I'm a misfit and proud of it!  I use faith and self advocacy to recover from all the trauma I went through.

I'm a passionate advocate for human rights and social justice. I speak from a Christian perspective, using my faith to advocate for others.

However, just because I'm a Christian doesn't mean I'm a conservative.  I support abortion and equal rights (I'm queer, myself) and I'm an intersectional feminist.

In my spare time, I like to write short stories, draw, watch Steven Universe and We Bare Bears and eat out at restaurants.

  1. Greetings, I dearly want you to know the following:
    In Islam, Jesus Christ is one of the mightiest messengers of God; no Muslim is a Muslim if he does not believe in Jesus, if he does not believe that Jesus was born miraculously, if he does not believe that Jesus gave life to the dead, healed the blind and lepers by God’s permission. In the Quran, the name “Jesus” appears 25 times (while Muhammad only 5) and the name “Marry” appears 31 times, (while Muhammad’s wives nor daughters names are mentioned) additionally, there is a whole chapter entitled “Marry” in the Quran in the honor of the mother of Jesus.
    Islam obligates its followers to believe that Marry was a woman chosen above the women of all the worlds:
    Al-Quran 3:42> “And [mention] when the angels said, “O Marry, indeed Allah has chosen you and purified you and chosen you above the women of the worlds. “

    Additionally, the birth of Jesus is described in the Quran in several places such as:
    Al-Quran 3:45-48> “[And mention} when the angels said, “O Marry, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a words from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son Marry- distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah]. He will speak to the people in the cradle and in maturity and will be of the righteous.” She said, “My Lord, how will I have a child when no man has touched me?” [The angel] said, “Such is Allah; He creates what He wills. When he decrees a matter, He only says to it, ‘Be’, and it is. And He will teach him (teach Jesus) writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel“

    In Islam, it is believed that Jesus was neither crucified nor killed; also, the Bible emphasizes that;
    After three days of Jesus’s alleged crucifixion, he goes to his disciples in the upper room as there were ten of them and he wishes them peace by saying “Peace be with you”;
    Luke 24:36> “And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. “

    Luke 24:377 states that the disciples were terrified, but why?
    Luke writes that they thought they saw a ghost but did Jesus look like a ghost? No, but why did they think he is a ghost while he did not look like one?
    The disciples of Jesus did not witness the crucifixion, all their information was from hearsay, Mark states that in the most critical juncture of the of life of Jesus, all his disciples forsook him and fled;
    Mark 14:50> “Then everyone deserted him and fled.“

    Jesus asks them:
    Luke 24:38> “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts rise in your minds?“

    Then, Jesus asks them to touch his hands and feet so they are assured that he is the same alive master of them:
    Luke 24:39> “Look at my hands and my feet. It is I myself! Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.“

    Jesus explicitly states that he has flesh and bones unlike the resurrected which are spirits. Paul writes that once a man dies, he will be raised as a spirit:
    1 Corinthians 15:44> “It is sown (buried) a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body.“

    Any spirit has no flesh and bones Jesus informs his disciples. So they touched his hands and feet and were tremendously happy:
    Luke 24:40> “When he said this, he showed them his hands and feet. And while they still did not believe it because of joy and amazement.“

    Then Jesus assures them more by asking for food:
    Luke 24:41-43> “And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat? And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of a honeycomb. And he took it, and did eat before them.“
